What data we collect

• Startup information submitted via the enrollment form (name, contact details, technology description, etc.)
• Contact person email address — used only for email verification and operational communication
• IP address at time of submission — used for security and abuse prevention, not shared
• PHP session data — temporary, used for admin authentication only

How we use it

• To process and evaluate startup submissions for inclusion in the EvoBase database
• To send a verification email and monthly reminders until the email is verified
• To notify Evovian staff of verified submissions for manual review

Data retention

Submitted data is retained for the duration of the evaluation process. Rejected submissions remain in the enrollment system only and are never published. Approved submissions are promoted to the EvoBase main database.

No tracking, no analytics, no third-party sharing

No tracking cookies, no analytics tools, no advertising networks. No data is shared with third parties except for the Evovian review team. No automated decision-making.

Cookies

Only a PHP session cookie (PHPSESSID) is used — strictly functional, required for admin authentication. No cookie consent banner is required as functional session cookies are exempt from GDPR consent requirements.
